Identifying your target audience’s main struggle you’re trying to help them overcome, problem you’re trying to solve, or goal you’re trying them achieve is KEY when it comes to crafting your one-liner, and ultimately using it to craft hard-hitting marketing messaging for your website, email marketing, social media posts, and more.

Throughout the course of this workshop, we’ll learn how to identify the following:

  • The specific problem your customer has
  • A concise description of the product or service you offer
  • How your product or services directly resolves your customer’s issue
